Census Partner exists because of a pattern we kept seeing: excellent small providers — the homes with awake staff at 3 a.m. and owners who know every resident by name — sitting with empty beds, while the decision-makers who needed exactly those beds had no idea they existed.

The homes weren't the problem. The machine around them was missing: the visibility, the outreach, the follow-up, the systems. So we built a company that builds that machine — and then runs it.
